बिरनी। अंचलाकाधिकारी सारांश जैन ने राजस्व अप निरीक्षक इंद्रदेव पंडित के द्वारा जांच के आलोक में ग्राम चितरना में 5.61 एकड़ की गैरमजरुआ खास किस्म की जमीन की जमाबंदी को रद्द कर दिया है।
आपको बता दें कि केन्दुआ पंचायत के ग्राम चितरना में खाता संख्या 25 व 7 प्लाट संख्या 551/7, 26/839, 1/38, 1/39, और 22/840 कुल रकवा 5 एकड़ 51 डिसमिल की जमीन जो इसी गांव निवासी केशो महतो के नाम से जमाबंदी की गई थी, जिस पर वाद संख्या 4/2022-23 निर्मल महतो बनाम गोपाल महतो मौजा चितरना, अंचल बिरनी, जिला गिरिडीह के अभिलेख के संदर्भ में उक्त जमीन की जमाबंदी को जिला अपर समाहर्ता के निर्देश पर बिरनी अंचलाधिकारी ने जांच कर कार्यवाई करते हुए भूमि जमाबंदी को रद्द कर दिया।
